FC Milwaukee Menomonee Falls

In the fall of 2006 FC Milwaukee will be introducing a new member to the FC Milwaukee family; FC Milwaukee Menomonee Falls. In cooperation with the Menomonee Falls Soccer Club. FC Milwaukee will begin U11 through U13 boys and girls select teams in the Falls.  Director of Coaching Peter Knezic explains the program.  “Across the country the top clubs are growing.  We have always wanted to expand our player base and reach more kids but we didn’t want to do this while sacrificing quality.  By hiring Pat White as the FC Milwaukee Menomonee Falls Coaching Director we were able to provide the Falls with a quality coach and human being. We couldn’t be more excited about this venture”.

Pat White Named Coaching Director

Pat White who has been working with our U12 Boys Blue Team and U16 Boys High School Team will be FC Milwaukee’s Menomonee Fall’s Coaching Director.  Pat is excited about the prospect.  “Running a program like FC Falls is similar to what I did with MK United.  I am going to be very comfortable with the role.  This gives me and FC Milwaukee the chance to develop something special in the Falls with the full support of the FC Milwaukee structure”.

Slight Differences

The FC Milwaukee Menomonee Falls teams will don the same FC Milwaukee uniforms and will receive the same quality instruction.  Yet there are slight commitment differences.  The FC Falls will practice 2 times a week as opposed to 3.  FC Falls will participate in less tournaments and travel less.

FC Coaching Director Peter Knezic explains the premise.  “For families in Menomonee Falls who want more soccer and soccer that aspires to the highest level we still have FC Milwaukee.  If you want a sound local select team with great coaching and the support of the state’s most successful club you have FC Milwaukee Menomonee Falls.  This decision at the end of the day was really quite simple.  This was two programs working together to help each other fulfill much needed goals.”
