Christian Lavers has been a member of the FC Milwaukee Nationals coaching staff since 2005. He holds all of the highest coaching licenses in the United States - the USSF "A" License, the USSF "Y" License, and the NSCAA Premier Diploma. Lavers has played a key role in developing elite players at every youth level, and has led teams to National Final Fours at 4 different levels - the USYS National Championships, the USASA National Championships, the W-League Final Four, and the WPSL Final Four.

Lavers is a current staff member of US Club Soccer's id2 Player Identification Program, and is a former staff member of both the Wisconsin USYS ODP program (boys and girls), and the Region II USYS ODP program (boys and girls). He is a member of the editorial staff of Soccer Coaching International (SCI), has had various soccer coaching articles published by SCI, the NSCAA Soccer Journal, and many websites throughout the country, and serves as a coaching school instructor for the Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association.

Prior to working with FC Milwaukee Nationals, Lavers coached collegiately at Marquette University and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, in the USL W-League with the Chicago Cobras, and in the youth club game with Eclipse Select (Illinois) and Madison Capital Elite Soccer Academy (Wisconsin).

Lavers is the President of the Elite Clubs National League ("ECNL"), (www.eliteclubsnationalleague.com) the country's top competition and identification program for female youth soccer players. He is also a co-owner of Libero Sports, LLC (www.liberosports.com) - a player
representation company for professional soccer players throughout the world. Lavers also works as a corporate attorney at Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C.(www.whdlaw.com) where his practice focuses on commercial transactions, information technology, and intellectual property.
