Paper work needed after acceptance notification (after 02/16/10)
Tournament Roster
Proof of age (player pass, pass port, birth certificate, or drivers license)
Medical release
BISC/FCM liability waiver

Admission fee of $1 will be charged each day of the tournament for anyone
10 or older (excludes players and coaches)
Parking is free, with extra parking behind facility.
